My grandfather was a farmer in rural China. Education changed my family's life, so I chased it as far as it could take me: chemical engineering at Caltech, then management consulting in Los Angeles.
On paper I had made it. But the life I was building didn't feel like mine. So I started posting videos about the mindset that carried my family this far, and kept going until the side project became the company.
Today I run AW Ventures, the media business behind my channels. More than 860,000 people subscribe, most of them ambitious people deciding what their own path looks like. Everything I make comes back to one idea: your career, your money, and your time, built on your terms.
